Both items I bought here were junk. Set of tools that would not charge up. Wasted $60 there. Got a laptop that is always screwing up. Wasted another $120 there. Never buy from this place again. If you see the yellow roof, Run. Don't go there.

I usually compare prices at a few pawn shops in town before I sell anything. This place is always the lowest, finally I just stopped. I don’t even bother going here anymore

Rated 3/5 due to one employee with a terrible attitude. I ended up pawning a firearm, and coming back into the the store a week later to pick it up. The "problem" arose when I walked in around 15 minutes before closing time.The blonde female at the cash register gave the worst customer service that I had ever seen when I gave her my ticket to pick up my gun. She then tried to refuse my payment by telling me that the entirety of it had to be in cash, including the interest for the pawn, until I corrected her. She begrudgingly processed my payment while slapping my credit card, pen, and paperwork on the counter. The second she provided my receipt, she plopped back down in her chair and didn't bother to say anything like "thank you" or "have a nice day", like some people who care about customer service would.I then had to explain to the employee who managed the firearm section of the store that this cashier wrote "no box" on my ticket in error (even though the original ticket clearly stated "with box" in the description).Every other employee at The Pawn Company that I had seen and dealt with were kind, respectful people.

Unprofessional to say the very least. I went into the pawn company today with alot of professional 3 gun gear. FNX-45 tactical, venom 6moa red dot, and Griffin cobra 3 gun rig. Total value of the equipment when i bought it over $1900.00. I was expecting an offer of 8 or 9 hundred for everything. That would allow a modest mark up for "The Pawn Company". They offered me $350.00............ As I was leaving the owner decided to let me know how much it offended her that I said her offer was ridiculously low. So after multiple attempts to change the subject that had turned very hostile in front of All the customers watching, and continue my talk with the very nice and helpful cashier she proceeded to tell me I can take my stuff and leave her store and then try to shake my hand? Lady you need to learn the value of customer service. I know for sure that when any of my friends need something to be sold/pawn/buy that they will no visit this trashy low rent business. Dropped by The Pawn Shop in Bowling Green to check out the inventory and store. We were very impressed with the operation and layout of the store. Encourage you to drop by and check it out whenever you can. Never know what special items you may find. Management is very friendly and helpful!
