The owners are very knowledgeable and fair. One of the times I was in there, a young woman was trying to bamboozle the owner acting like she comes from a family of gemologist but she couldn't fool him haha. He questioned her and she had clearly done her research but she got caught up. She was trying to get about 5k+ more than what her bracelet was worth. The owners really know their stuff and will work with you and try to give you the best price for what you bring in. They're good people for sure.

Very fair, family owned business. Met Brian and his son Paul. They offered me double what other places had. Very knowledgeable and honest about their products and those you bring into the shop. Whether buying or selling any type of precious metals or jewelry, The Exchange will always be my first stop from now on.

Wanted to sell some gold coins. Researched four places and they had the best offer. When I came in, the owner (Brian) gave me the same price (which was very fair) that he had quoted two weeks earlier in an email. He was very pleasant and there was no pressure. Quick service. It's a nice, low-key operation. He was also very nice and fair with the customer before me. Definitely plan on returning. Absolutely recommend.

When I had a problem, they went all out to reach out and fix things. Even asked someone if they knew me so they could fix it on top of messaging me themselves. I've never had a business so determined to fix a problemishes just from a review. Even though the original call wasn't for me, I felt really special to their business. It was definitely exactly what I would have wanted and more. I guarantee no other business around here, if anywhere, will care so much about their reciews/customers experiences.

Was just in for coins, was treated great, talked to nicely, on the phone, too, given a great price, and they even waited for me AFTER closing time when i had to run back home for my license. You can't get any better service.

Wonderful experience! First time selling my grandfathers/mothers silver and got a very fair price! And my boyfriend and I found a gorgeous engagement ring while in the process! We weren't even looking for that going in there, but it took my breath away!! Customer service was superb! A++++ Will definitely do business there again! Thanks so much guys!
