They live up to the name VIP most definitely. The SUPERIOR service I received began the moment I contacted Tim Dempsey at 9:00pm on a Sunday evening through the internet. He immediately called me and spent 1.5 hours on the phone with me answering questions and explanations of the home buying process, and reassuring me that their team if selected would be at my service. Tim stayed with me through the entire process, even attending the closing (with a gift). I literally felt like they were available 24/7. Not only did their VIP treatment include daily status reports via email/text/etc., it included genuine kindness. I can't say enough about Tim Dempsey and his team. A GODsend!!!!!!!!
