After a fiasco with another lender and less than 3 weeks to go until closing, I contacted Buzz to see if there was any way he could help me start over and still meet our contracted closing date. He was very honest and said it would be very tight but would do his best. I made sure that I did everything I could to get him the requested paperwork in a timely manner and he more than held up his end by meeting every deadline. Buzz was super responsive and provided amazing customer service throughout the whole process. Veronica was also fantastic to work with. Buzz is definitely my go to guy in the future.
