This is my third home buying experience but the first with VIP and definitely the best I've ever had. The Dempsey Team at VIP mortgage were wonderful to work with. They were so personable without being overly familiar. . .it's a fine line and they nailed it. I would not hesitate to use them again and I will definitely recommend them without reservation to ANYONE.

After a fiasco with another lender and less than 3 weeks to go until closing, I contacted Buzz to see if there was any way he could help me start over and still meet our contracted closing date. He was very honest and said it would be very tight but would do his best. I made sure that I did everything I could to get him the requested paperwork in a timely manner and he more than held up his end by meeting every deadline. Buzz was super responsive and provided amazing customer service throughout the whole process. Veronica was also fantastic to work with. Buzz is definitely my go to guy in the future. They live up to the name VIP most definitely. The SUPERIOR service I received began the moment I contacted Tim Dempsey at 9:00pm on a Sunday evening through the internet. He immediately called me and spent 1.5 hours on the phone with me answering questions and explanations of the home buying process, and reassuring me that their team if selected would be at my service. Tim stayed with me through the entire process, even attending the closing (with a gift). I literally felt like they were available 24/7. Not only did their VIP treatment include daily status reports via email/text/etc., it included genuine kindness. I can't say enough about Tim Dempsey and his team. A GODsend!!!!!!!!

We have used Buzz as our loan officer four times. Two home buys and two refinances. Every time has been a great experience. He deals with "hiccups" effortlessly and keeps the process smooth for the customer. I have absolute confidence in Buzz and his team. He always has the best rates and lowest fees, even less than refinancing with your current mortgage holder. BTW, four times we've gone to him just to run numbers on possible home purchases (dreaming). Though those pursuits failed for one reason or another, Buzz always got us numbers quickly so we could make informed decisions, though he profited nothing. It never hurts to explore your options. I highly recommend the Dempsey Team!
