Very bad experience the lady was so rude and denied me from cashing my cheque because I don't have an active phone inless on wifi !! Wth! What if you don't have a cell phone ? You can't cash your checks anymore ? Very poor service !! Including the one on niagara st in st.catharines as well said same thing and got same attitude .... don't go there .

Manager was completely unprofessional, had a personal phone call while "serving" my pregnant girlfriend, then condescendingly laughed at her. I will never return to this store, plenty of places in town to get help and not be treated like a second class citizen by somebody making minimum wage.
