I came into this place with a $2,500 Fidelity investments check on a Saturday. My own bank was closed, I needed the money same weekend. The teller serving me said "we need a phone number to verify the check." He called the Fidelity 800 number. I kept telling him that he needs to call the BNY Mellon number Bc the check was issued by BNY Mellon (it says it on the check). Fidelity is just a wealth management company, they do not issue checks. BNY issues their checks. He did not understand what I was saying and refused me service. I took it to another place without issue. I did not like the service this place provided, their reps lack proper customer service and English skills.
