Seems to be a bank without clear communication. Let's other banks credit your account, then penalizes you for it. This has been the toughest bank I have had to deal with. I agree with Bryan Hogan down below. They also close your account when you stick up for yourself when done wrong. Talk about a Mickey Mouse bank. It's a good thing I already got another bank or my child would have been left without financial support from her dad's social security check. He passed away from ALS two years ago. This bank doesn't care for the customer. As you all can see this is my first review. I'm not a complainer. I'm a God fearing woman and just want to raise my child. This bank only sees money and doesn't keep watch over your account. The other bank shouldn't have been able to credit my account. Big mistake on this bank's part. They don't even acknowledge or have remorse that it happened. This new bank I got said that my account is protected from other banks crediting my account. God is good!

Those are my Ladies they take care of all my needs if i forget my account number as always they take their time and look it up they go way out of their way to make me happy it's never a dull moment when i enter the Bank and Irene WOW i really work her nerves 😆 and she just laugh and get the job done so to my Girls Thank u for all u do 💘
