This used to be a fairly decent place of business however since they’ve hired Trever I’ve had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS & RUDE ,POORLY HANDLED ENCOUNTERS. It’s stinks that I have to go all the way into the Springfield store to be treated like a human being and to make my payment especially when I used to have all my stuff auto drafted out of my account for convenience and now even that is asking too much! Once my account is paid in full I’ll NEVER do business with them again. It shouldn’t be such a hassle to do what you’re supposed to, especially when you take into consideration that this type of business rarely gets paid in full on their accounts and collections is such a huge part of their day to day...a decent and kind csr should be a priority!

The main guy that runs the republic location is very nice and will work with you any way possible.. I have been a customer here for a long time and the manager that works there now is the best manager they have had in a very long time

We didn't get out bunk bed mattresses for a month so we could not use the bunk beds. They refuse to come and get them. We called the main office and they said the would take care of it and have them stop charging us so the can come and get it and still havent.
