Client Review on TCF National Bank Corporate Office

The customer service is horrendous. Dealing with the representatives is exasperating. I had the opportunity to speak with a very rude,arrogant and not so knowledgeable (Xavier) in the Corporate Customer Service Department. After lying to me stating he was the highest level of management in the corporate office. I saw another complaint about him online in which he is identified as a "Customer Service Specialist". The he attempted to give me legal advice on how to handle my accounts after I spent two hours at a branch where they lost my paperwork. But then admitted he is not an Attorney. All in response to my inquiry as to why my documents and filed concerns have not been addressed.
