Nothing but problems with the website. It has been unresponsive. Customer service was also unresponsive via email. They were pleasant when I called, but didn't offer any solutions. The site is supposedly undergoing maintenance and my money is hostage until they resolve it. I'm not impressed.

Tango is a great way to incent survey respondents. The system is easy to use for us and them, and survey respondents can pick from TONS of companies (which is also good for us - this way we don't have to play favorites with a particular brand)

Tango Card was essential for my advocate program! It cut my time dedicated to send reward but hours each week. I've also received praise from our advocates who were now given the chance to donate. Especially when gifts get hairy, the donation ability was HUGE!
