I had to call three times just to get them to look at my application. Then I had to call another three times to get them to follow through with the application. Carol is the women they had set me up to work with. Well when ever I called she was either on lunch, or on an appointment, or I would get her assistant Kim, who would send me to her voicemail. This was pointless because neither of them ever called me back. Finally after the last phone call I was able to get them to do an inquiry on my credit, (which effects your credit score) and they did a hard inquiry twice! Just to not call me back about it. Save your time and your credit score and just go to Empower. At least the people at Empower want to help you. At least they’ll call you back.
