20 minutes in the drive thru. I try buzzing the teller after 15 minutes after I finally lose my patience and no one responds to the call. Then I try calling the branch directly and no one answers the phone. You stay on hold until eventually you get transferred to the branch manager so you can leave a voicemail. Like really who the hell is gonna call you back!?!? I usually go to other branches so I'll know for the next time not to come here. Finally a teller responds after I beeped the thing like 20 times and says they're all slammed and will get to me as soon as they can. I don't know what is going on at this location but it sounds like they need more employees.
