Overall Feedback:
Unprofessional sales people hired off the street with zero training. Inventory is high mileage, out of warranty enterprise rental cars. Touched up and cleaned up to look like local trades. Owner places a “pack”(hides)an 800 fee on in house inventory, $1600 if brought in from his other lots.(that’s right , costs you extra 800 bucks if you don’t choose one of the gems out front). $399 doc fee then is added along with as much profit the bank will allow. Hooray you just bought a car that 75 different people rented for 19.95 a day and drove before you bought it. All Stokes Used Cars had to do was treat me right and this conversation would have been different.
