The car I bought had several paint chips show on both the driver and passenger door after about a week of driving. I do not drive on any dirt roads. Also, I made several attempts to contact the dealership to amend a service contract as per instructions of the insurance provider. I was not given a proper contact after making several attempts over the phone and through the dealership's website support. Shady at best.

My experience at the dealership was very pleasant Tim coppersmith is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions it was a refreshing change from dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past and the sales manager Eric Meyers was also very helpful like dealing with an old friend I highly recommend both they are a great asset to the company

This is a really great place to buy a vehicle.Tim Coppersmith and Eric Meyers were very helpful and courteous while I purchased my Ram truck.there is no run around and straight to the point answers.

Not happy with them at all. 2 weeks ago I went in to look at a vehicle I fell in love with. James helped me out and told me to come back the following saturday to test drive it, and do paperwork. Later that week I got a call saying that the vehicle was getting fixed and that he'll update me. Never got anything. So saturday morning before I left, I called him to make sure we were still on for it. I was told he was in a meeting. So I said I'll call back in an hour. I called back and was told he was off. I said that we had an "appointment" to meet with him. I was told he would be back Monday and that he'd call me then. A week went by... nothing. I called a few days ago saying I was supposed to be getting updates on the vehicle and the lady told me that the auto service people will be calling me to let me know. Still no call. I called again today and explained, they said that they will see who's available. Then they hung up on me. Worst service I have gotten. Never going here again

Juliana was my sales consultant TWICE this year and she is fun and knowledgeable! The waiting at the dealership can be miserable but she definitely made it bearable! Eric was awesome and very helpful. He worked some magic to make thing workout for me. Also, shoutout to Jay in Finance for always helping to make things happen also! Great team! Very helpful!
