This branch of Stcu has horrendously bad ATMs. I couldn't withdraw any money from the one inside, and the one outside just rejects my debit card. I keep coming back thinking it's going to get fixed but it never does. My card works at every other stcu atm and at other credit unions atms. Please fix this!!!

Solid 5 stars in my opinion, couldn't ask for a better place to do my banking. Customer service is outstanding, very knowledged, and will go out of their way to help. Been with STCU for years, thank you for being there!

Nice people, but the worst, most unorganized, time wasting bank I've ever dealt with.Edit: After posting this review I was contacted by someone to let me know they had my check ready and I didnt have to wait another 10 days. Much of my valuable time was still wasted so the one star is now two.

This is my favorite location of all in spokane. Amanda D was incredibly helpful, super sweet, and even convinced me to keep my account open after a poor experience at both of the Spokane Valley locations. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly!
