Overall Feedback:

I feel that there is a real sense of care and concern @ this location! Led by the manager and her support staff (Dell, Misty, Rae, Stephanie, Kerri, Travis and etc). Their employment of the training skills developed by NCSECU coupled with Dell's monitoring makes visiting this site a pleasure. Firstly, it is an attractive site from the outside. Secondly,it's very bright and clean inside. Thirdly, once signed in your concerns are addressed by a caring staff. I had my home financed thru this branch and when my friend came fromNY, I had another employee research and find that his wife's brother was a member and now they are members financing a $250K home. When you feel that way and they treatyou in a personal/professional manner "You bring your friends"!!!!!!!!!!!
