What more can I say. I have been trying to refinance for about 8 years and I have been looking at least annually to find a lender but the rates were always too high. I know that our situation made things extremely difficult due to the nature of the property and being a foreign national. The rates and choice of lenders has improved recently but still very difficult. Some of the deals initially suggested by brokers couldn't be done or the rate offered was higher. Choosing who to work with can seem like a leap into the dark, but wow, Jonathon was outstanding. He got the deal which was not easy by any means. It took quite a long time to finalise and Jonathon worked at it and was always very polite, efficient and positive. That leap into the dark was the right one. Thank you so much for all your efforts.
