You want to know how sad this credit Union is when their head banker has to act like he banks there Scott Olson by the way you are a piece of work you and Ryan I don't know how many times I've called to try and restructure my loan with you guys and you don't return calls back the most unprofessional Bank of ever dealt with. You guys didn't obtain the title to my truck when you guys gave me the loan. then tried to dangle a 5k personal loan In front of me a sign the title over to back to you guys and I'd have the loan no problem. well as Ryan comes in with the paperwork for me to sign he thinks I signed it I didn't LMAO he then went on to tell me about how he can't give me a personal loan so I went on to tell him I can't sign that so I can't sign that title and Scott flipped called me every name in the book very professional. Don't deal with these people they will screw you over every witch way.PS. Scott and Ryan all it took was one phone call back are the 20 times I've called.

Friendly, courteous, helpful what more could you want. Their services are comparable to other Banks/credit unions. I've had accounts here for about 6 years and I have no complaints.

Everybody knows my name. I love it! Even though I moved across town I still travel those few extra miles just for their superb service, and then there's CANDY.

Had a savings account there, trusted my money to be safe, long story short... someone withdrew $2500 through the drive thru sometime in May 2017. When i went to withdraw money in November 2017. Noticed my money was not there. And couldn't do anything about it since it was past 90 days. Closed my account right after. People get upset at big banks like wellsfargo, atleast they have $1000 limit when going through the drive thru, and would have to come inside for bigger transactions.
