Chris the store manager gives excellent customer service. Needless to say I've been using the print shop for many occasions over the years with no issues to be had. Until today, for fear the issue was not being resolved with a sense of urgency, I asked for the store manager. Chris was great very professional, handled the issue right away, and exceeded my expectations.

I picked my order of business cards up from the Lodi Staples store, Sarah Bepristis is the one who had completed my online order and helped me in store. I had to also make copies which I did the email to the store and print them out myself option, however it didn’t come out as planned. She helped get it right and was so friendly and pleasant and professional about it, even though it was busy. It really makes it such a nice experience to run into a store when they have such great customer service.
