Client Review on SSB Bank

I was hoping a small bank would offer much better service so I switched to SSB from PNC, but avoid this bank unless you want your money vaporized! In 6 months they have: made several errors in addition to deposits of more than one item, changed my DOB and SS# which caused subsequent problems, have been unable to give me a receipt for in - person deposits, and now have vaporized a large deposit - only to have it reappear and then disappear again in the course of 3 weeks. They have given me NO notifications throughout, I found it myself on the statement - and now not even the manager can offer an explanation (or find the funds). This all sounds unbelievable I know, and in this day and age of technology it seems impossible. But believe me folks, it IS possible for a bank to screw up this bad repeatedly -SSB is proof.
