Talk about pounding down doors. I had gone to 5 or more banks, I had tried to work with multiple brokers and no one could help me like Jeff at Speritas did. He managed to put together my package and find an interested lender within a week or two. We closed a large deal within a few months and it was quite painless. I have referred Speritas to many colleagues and am so thankful a google search landed me with Speritas!
