This company are very slow not speedy at all. firstly this review is based on short terms loans only. If you are looking for a large amount over longer period i can understand the hoops they make you jump though. But this is my experience with short term loans worth $300.I have had 3 loans with them and it hasn't changed. EVERY time it takes them till afternoon to ring you and ask you 15 questions.They make you submit photos of your ID every time even though I had previously done it 3 times before and ID hadn't changed. Shows a clear lack of understanding about their customers who do not want to muck around scanning or taking photos of ID WHEN THEY ALREADY HAVE IT, check you own system and don't ask me to submit something you already have! Lastly they even contacted my employer despite my instructions not to for a $300 loan AND despite having my pay slip and the deposits on my bank statement labeled "salary"?????? By the time all this happened it was 5 pm till they processed it, i was ready to say forget it. Got cash next day. Given i applied day before it truly was 48 hours till cash arrived.To me they are not worth it when you can go to another short term loan organisation who truly are same day, I can think of one who can have cash to you within 2 hours of application and don't require you to jump through any hoops. Same price as well!! I notice another couple of reviews mention they were happy to have the funds in a couple of days so as i said at the start its up to you and this might be reasonable for 5k but the reason i left this review is i just believe they don't understand their customers who might want a quick hassle free $300 and don't want people to falsely believe it is "speedy". Its not with what there application process requires.
