This company are very slow not speedy at all. firstly this review is based on short terms loans only. If you are looking for a large amount over longer period i can understand the hoops they make you jump though. But this is my experience with short term loans worth $300.I have had 3 loans with them and it hasn't changed. EVERY time it takes them till afternoon to ring you and ask you 15 questions.They make you submit photos of your ID every time even though I had previously done it 3 times before and ID hadn't changed. Shows a clear lack of understanding about their customers who do not want to muck around scanning or taking photos of ID WHEN THEY ALREADY HAVE IT, check you own system and don't ask me to submit something you already have! Lastly they even contacted my employer despite my instructions not to for a $300 loan AND despite having my pay slip and the deposits on my bank statement labeled "salary"?????? By the time all this happened it was 5 pm till they processed it, i was ready to say forget it. Got cash next day. Given i applied day before it truly was 48 hours till cash arrived.To me they are not worth it when you can go to another short term loan organisation who truly are same day, I can think of one who can have cash to you within 2 hours of application and don't require you to jump through any hoops. Same price as well!! I notice another couple of reviews mention they were happy to have the funds in a couple of days so as i said at the start its up to you and this might be reasonable for 5k but the reason i left this review is i just believe they don't understand their customers who might want a quick hassle free $300 and don't want people to falsely believe it is "speedy". Its not with what there application process requires.

Wanted to borrow 5000 for new motor on my car. They ring me, because I hadn’t borrowed from them before the maximum I could get would be 2000 and they want security. What a joke! Certainly doesn’t make it speedy finance when you want security on a 2000 loan. I shopped elsewhere and will never recommend you people, ever!

These people give no one money and are simply there to collect details. Three people in my house. Two have great credit records. They get referred to Sunshine Loans with their phenomenal interest fees. I will NOT be giving these fraudsters my details.

no good... lazy service i had to contact them back several times. i ended up speaking to a guy who didn't even know that if your on the parenting payment and study you only get the one payment and its always the larger of the two. he was very disrespectful and snooty .. obviously better than everyone..... completely horrible service

The staff at Speedy Finance are fantastic! I didn't feel judged or belittled in anyway like I have at other finance companies. Highly recommended.
