The woman has a piss poor attitude and is a straight liar. She was very nasty and basically told me my item was worthless. When I inquired on her research she ignored me. The guy tried to run damage controll but it was to little to late. I went to another pawn shop and I was given $120 for my "worthless" item. I will not be returning or recommending this shop!
