Horrid place! They are not for real life people who every day are experiencing their path with ups and downs. If this company is on ANY documentation that you send in for a loan, decline! I am stuck for the next couple of years with a company who does not value people, only numbers, insensitive and robotic. Ready to espouse corporate policy rather then show TRUE compassion AND empathy. Ready to be done with this loan already and it JUST started. And YES I communicated CLEARLY what was happening AND AHEAD OF TIME!
