Client Review on Southern Bank

I had an emergency car issue and had to withdraw more than my account had(which I was informed at time of opening new account such occurrences happens so I elected to sign up for the privilege in case).Well who would of ever thought I'd need it. I called the day after and explained my situation to the rep that actually helped me open the acct. She seemed understanding and explained the dead line. So I wasn't able to refund the money in full at the 40 days deadline. So as I got able to pay something on it I went by there and sitting there with Ms. Wyatt(branch manager) in Virginia Beach office on the Old Ridge Rd shopping area(with the Wal-Mart, McD, Kelly's, etc) had to call someone for instructions on how to handle a charge off...it was there I was informed of an additional $30.00 charge off fee in addition to the $20.00 insuff find fee. Yes, banks are out to make money Once my property sells I won't be banking or deposit in my money in this bank or it's branches. Signed "naturally concerned."
