They are not professional. Personal loan is very hard to get . They approve for you Auto loan upto $15000 but will not approve you for $5000 persanal loan. Never told you until you called. Very slow they never called you until you Call them for follow up and ask them what's going on with your loan application . They told you that they will call you but they dont.I'm not recommend this bank. I'm going to close my account with them.
