This is probably the worst experience I have ever had. Recently endorsed a check over to my mother and they refused to deposit or do anything. She’s been banking at this location for years and they couldn’t even do a simple task. I spoke to two different people after the white teller decided to have a Spanish speaker tell me the same thing even though I don’t usually speak any Spanish. Great job not being equal. I went inside after I could hardly hear over the lower quality of their out dated drive through system and the banker said not one word to me but as I was trying to speak to him I was ambushed by the Spanish speaking teller. These people don’t care about your business or loyalty. Not trained in usual procedures or even how endorsements work. Don’t waste your time and energy on this place unless all you do is deposit and withdraw. Good luck.

Came in to create a checking account and request a debit card. The nice lady at the desk said it would take 5-10 business days for me to get it. That was at the end of July. It's August 31. Where it at? I can barely access my account online. I'm planning on taking all of my money out and putting it somewhere else because this is just not worth my time.

$25 dollars to dispute a charge, $10 for money transfers...very disgusted with this credit union. Not recommended!! Customer service is a total waste of time ! If zero stars was an option they definitely would have received it!

The only reason I gave 2 stars was for early direct deposit. They charge $10 to change your card if u got married. I'm thinking king about leaving....real soon

I put in an application for a car loan on December 19, 2014 was charged a $25 fee and haven't heard ANYTHING from them since then. Today is January 22, 2015...

Rarely get a call back . Give wrong extension numbers . The only way to get answers is go there personally . One would definitely like to speak with someone , when it' about fraud with your ATM card . They either need to hire more people to answer phones or retrain the ones they have .
