Kim Thomas is a disgusting person to work with I was in training and I didn’t know the system and she would always suck her teeth or slam her hands on the desk! I tried to ignore it but one day she completely lost it because I messed up a call that’s when she began pointing a PEN towards my face telling me how I was never going to get into the company because I don’t know what I’m doing. COMPLETELY wrong you’re supposed to be a supervisor. I complained to the GENERAL MANAGER DIANE she sends me home and then tells me there’s nothing she can do because Kim Thomas is the only trainer. She didn’t even try to hear me out or think of a resolution. I’ve even spoke to past employees and was told this is the SAME treatment Kim gives to everyone that’s new . Very disrespectful she is located at the FARMINGDALE location where I was treated badly.
