I've been banking with Shell FCU for years. I switched after being so tired of Wells Fargo's fines, penalties, restrictions, and overall terrible customer service. I haven't had a single problem at Shell FCU since I became a member. Their app is awesome, the employees are all incredibly nice, and I haven't had any kind of fee since. I don't think I'll ever leave Shell!
