HORRIBLE service. Had a teller who I sat with for THIRTY MINUTES in the drive through just for her to mess up my account and initially take EVERYTHING in my account and transfer it to my loan WOTHOUT MY PERSMISSION. can't get any of that money back and can't even talk to anyone until Monday because this unprofessional business closes at 12 on saturdays. RIDICULOUS. Never banking here again

Said I could not have a cash card for ATM for my fathers SSDI account as I am the payee. What a joke. Definitely going to a different bank where I can actually open a checking account for him.
