The owner of this establishment is EXTREMELY rude. The only reason I’m giving them the extra star is because we’ve generally had good experiences with all of the regular employees we have come in contact with. However, the owner happened to be the one we worked with today(first time ever even meeting this woman) and we were treated HORRIBLY. We’ve been coming to this pawn shop for several years now but we will never be coming here again.
