This is a horrible bank to bank at. They have this rule where even if you have money on your savings. They won't let you do an online transfer to cover something in your checking account instead they will do a $30 courtesy pay and take all your money. I was travelling and made three small transactions all under $5. The last transaction put my checking in the negative meantime I had 3k sitting in my savings and instead of transferring the money they took 3 $30 courtesy pays to cover it, plus withdrew the money's when I was able to find a sister branch and go in to do the transfer. So they had me pay them for temporarily paying the charge plus earned $120 from my account on each transaction. Then I had to find a branch to go in to do the transfer because they couldn't do a transfer over the phone. When I get back to Ohio I will be removing both business accounts and my personal and GM acct from 717. I encourage others who want to earn more then 1% on their dollar while being used and abused to do the same. In other words I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK
