Feedback:
I have been met with constant frustration from this bank since the beginning. I was given an atm card that i can pull money out with, but I can't put money in with. It literally made no sense! When I called to ask about it I was told i had to wait a period of time, why? However, after that time I called to have the privilege added & was told i had to go into the branch, why? I've tried to deposit a cashier's check in my name from a credit union willing to verify funds and was denied access to any of the funds for like 10 days, why? Have called to discuss options for loans and other accounts, you get people on the phone from other departments, have to leave messages & don't get called back for days, or just simply never get the answer, rather told you have to come into the branch to speak with someone...to ask a question, why? All in all I would NOT recommend this place & I've used credit unions before that have not been this frustrating. I used the ATM machine in Austintown & ended up being a victim of a scanner scam. However, they did catch this & called me to inform me, but why?

Feedback:
Worst banking experience of my life. The atm card they sent me did not work. They reissued a second one and assured me it would work, it also did not. There is no 24hr helpline, only during bank hours. They accepted the transaction for my 1st direct deposit, only to decline the second one. With all the problems I went weeks without any pay. I hate you sevenseventeen.

This branch has gone above and beyond what I could expect from a credit union/bank. Their app for iPhone is solid as it lets me manage money in my accounts and deposit checks that often clear that same day. Drop the big bank and get Seven Seventeen Credit Union.

Feedback:
Twice in the past two years, my debit card was compromised and charges made to my account. The CU adjusted the charges but their customer service at the branch leaves much to be desired. The fraud alert phone call told me they had to deactivate my card and to go to my local branch for a new one. The Boardman branch told me I had to go to the Warren office or wait 7-10 days for a new card. I asked for the manager and Kerry Amon repeated that not only couldn't she get a card issued, she was not willing to have the Warren branch do it and mail it out. When I told her that was poor customer service, she laughed at me. COMPLETELY unprofessional! The only advantage local credit unions have over larger banks is their supposed superior customer service. Someone needs to train the staff at this branch as it is seriously lacking.
