They wasted my and thier own time ....they knew what I needed as I explained it out and came back with an offer of 25% ($10,000 I asked for $40,000) and stated they would give me the other $30,000 after probate?.....it is in probate court now 1 week and I am the only benifcary on the will so in two months tops I will receive 75% in an intern dispersment from the cash (lots more then i asked for) anyway so by holding back $30,000 until then was just a waste of my time....they are a small time lender with outrageous interest rates (30% for 2 1/2 months) dont bother they are a waste of time

After several unexpected life events I needed cash to catch up so I wasnt always falling behind. When my mother passed her bequest to me would enable me to enjoy a modest lifestyle in retirement without constant worry. Alberta Courts are so behind that probate takes 60 to 90 days. I talked to Heidi and then my main loans officer Angeline and explained my minimum and maximum loan requests. The whole process was professional, timely, accurate and also kind and understanding. As I have a finance background I understand the risks they take with no security other than binding contracts. Therefore I thought their fees versus service were acceptable and what I would charge if I was in their position. A good experience and will be dealing with the Company and Angeline again.
