Not handicap accessible unless you are in a wheel chair. I have pulmanary hypertention and heart failure. With dr orders to not do stairs but when i asked to use the elevator i was rold it is only for people in wheelchairs. This was at the branch on north main street in Rochester nh.

Incompetent employees, that get confused with the simplest transactions. The branch manager Elaine flat out gave me the wrong projection on an interest rate I inquired about. She is also often seen just sitting, doing absolutely nothing while the other tellers are busy and there is a line. She certainly needs to be replaced.Unfortunately they aren't any worse than other banks and credit unions in the area.

Met a high up at the company. Told me to apply for a loan and that they have good rates etc. (obv I know he doesn’t approve loans) I just bought a house and have a 700+ credit score and looking to refinance my car that’s at an 8.9 interest rate and they declined me. I have a 100% payment history. A bank elsewhere will collect my interest. Not recommended
