In all honesty if I could give this place no star I would. I didn’t deal with them on the car buying end. My issues were more with the application process to rent an apartment from them. The lady was totally unprofessional and a liar. She constantly told me she would return my calls and never did. She “misplaced” my application. They forgot to process my application after she said it was incomplete upon calling to check on it. This is the same lady who didn’t show after an hour of waiting on her to view the listing. Then Thursday when I called up there she said she would be giving me a call with a decision that same day and she never did.Friday(today) upon calling she told me it would be a while cause it took a minute to get my address and just excuses excuses. Very unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I’ve never had to beg so hard for someone to accept my business.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with them at all.
