Really great customer service. I left a message after hours and received a phone call the next morning. They were really easy to talk to. I told them about my current provider and why I was unhappy. They took a look at my statements and within minutes had solutions for me on how to save money. There was no pressure to sign up, they just offered to help. I did switch to their services and still thought in the back of my mind that they were going to surprise me with hidden fees. It's been months and there have been no hidden fees and I've saved so much money. I highly, highly recommend SecureGlobalPay.
