I sought out their services in 2011 for a small business loan that I could not pay due to my own mistakes. They were very nice at first. They put an outline of the different steps that would take place to get this debt taken care of. However, as each step was going on, it seemed like the actions I was told to do backfired. Things I was told to get, didn't work out. I was spending so much money with no results. Years past and I paid my entire responsibility to them (over 45,000) with no conclusion. I expressed my concerns to them, and t hey laughed at me, telling me that they will take care of everything and not to worry. As time went by, they were getting even more hostile with me, even calling me names. They were getting harder and harder to reach until finally they would not call me back. I have called multiple times, leaving messages with no call back. I finally had to do things on my own. I had to write up my own Offer and Compromise and deal with the lender myself. As of today 7-17-2018 (over 6 years later) I am still dealing with this nightmare.
