Great local credit union. Used to be Seattle metropolitan. Last time I checked they did shared branching with other Washington credit unions.

Today, I paid off the remaining balance of my car loan and teller #267 (kind of dumb SCU does not to provide the person's name on the receipt like other business establishments) was very kind and helpful. When I expressed my joy, she genuinely shared it too and congratulated me! Excellent customer service!Plus, I didn't have to wait very long in line, even though it was close to noon! I was in and out quickly, leaving with the lobby a smile on my face!

Seattle credit Union located in Downtown Seattle is the bank for me. Besides all the representatives being friendly and happy to assist you in everyway they possibly can with all the info and best ways to manage my funds and prepare myself for the present and future. Weather got prefer online banking or a more personal experience. Each representative have no problem going beyond the call of duty to meet my every needs. Thank you Seattle Credit Union for showing me there if a bank who cares...

Good services over the phone but tellers at the bank have some kind of attitude of a accomplishment and remember what's going to give you the edge above all is great customer service. (No a please nor thank you)

I was in an impossible and unusal banking situation. This led me to visit the Seattle branch o fthe credit union. I spoke to the on site manager Thomas and presented my dilemma. Their customer service is really great. I just had a nice exchange with their downtown branch about a notary public. They emailed me with the text I needed. This isn't even their area of expertise and they were so helpful about it. Thanks SMCU! (P.S. Really love their banking services too)

This bank is seriously terrible. Three months of back and forth to get an issue handled between them and third party they outsource their auto loans too. Being given flat out wrong info multiple times, disconnected contact numbers, threatening letters and outrageous "mandatory insurance" coverage rates ($3K a month). Online banking that barely functions and these are just the start of the issues. Do yourself a favor and go to BECU or Wa. Federal.
