My bank is a branch of credit union. All I wanted was to change big bills for smaller bills, I had just pulled out the money from their ATM at the outside. Frances at the front desk was so rude, and denied me to even ask for it. As soon as I walked in she asked if I had an account with them, I said no, then she said “we would not be able to help you” “this is a branch only, and you would need to have an account with us” they are so unwelcome, didn’t even welcomed me when I walked in. Don’t go there if you don’t have an account because that people doesn’t help other people, sad.

Staff allowed a stranger to sign out on my Safe Deposit card! After checking 'her' ID. HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN WHEN THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO CHECK ID?!! I discovered a line scribbled out! Young mngr, Alex, took NO RESPONSIBILITY and showed complete lack of professionalism, no leadership.Their Pacific Beach-San Diego only slightly less abominable.
