sdccu is really disappointing. I have trouble log into my account online and cannot get any assistance over the phone. They insist me going to the branch to verify my ID? who do business like this? oh, the same thing happen to me when I tried their online account opening. After I submitted my application , they didn't reply to me via email or phone calls. When I called them , they asked me to go to the branch to verify my id personally ,which I did and took over an hour. What is it that they like so much having us going to the branch????I would prefer orange county credit union for all matters. Better customer service and smarter employees.
