I have been a client of SB Merchant Services for over twenty years. Unlike dealing with an 800 number for merchant services I have really appreciated working with Scott and Becky (and the rest of their staff) When you call SB Merchants you always reach a human immediately (usually Kristin) who knows you and knows your credit card system, not a different foreign representative every time you call. They are very knowledgeable in their field and will compare available merchant service providers to find the best match for your credit card acceptance needs (again unlike an 800 number who represent only one merchant services company). Their level of service is far beyond what is expected. I had an older card scanner fail and they came to my location with a loaner machine, programmed it, took the defective one for repair then returned with the repaired unit and installed it. The only down time was the time it took me to call them for help. Try getting the level of service from a phone number that is answered half way around the world! Call them for your merchant services needs, gift cards and more.
