Overall Feedback:
I visited the Uptown SASCU today to change my pin number and got nothing but attitude. I presented my BC Services card which has a picture of my face on it; my name, my signature, my date of birth, my personal health number and my address. Secondly I presented an Interim Drivers License paper with all the aforementioned information on it (minus the personal health number); along with other critical details about myself including; height, eye colour, weight and hair colour. Lastly I presented a third piece of identification my Boaters License and the bank teller Kristine told me, “Our policy is to protect your account”. I am still uncertain as to whom she was "protecting" me from. After some civil discourse, I was not taking no for an answer. So, Christine the bank manager intervened and scolded me for being so "difficult". Then reluctantly decided to let me change my pin at last. But not before I had to listen to more snarky remarks from Kristine, telling me "you must have forgotten your pin number". Nope, actually I just wanted to change it. Now with that being said, Downtown SASCU is way better. :)
