I'm done with this crappy European Bank and their lousy on-line platform and service. Updated my phone number, now it locks me out of my account every 3 days. Can't send verification text to cell phone because update was within last 30 days.....

This is the location I usually prefer to go to to get direct deposit forms and I have been in asking about password login 5 times. It doesn't seem like I am being charged $35 overdraft fee if my account is overdrawn by $.25. The location is convenient in the same building as JVS which I don't want to go to anymore.
