I highly recommend Sallee for your deer processing. Very kind and helpful. The Jalapeno Cheese summer sausage is amazing! They have samples of the different sausages, snack sticks and jerky so you can try it before you decide what you want. I will use them every year!

Quality processing and less expensive than Terry’s. I would recommend calling beforehand as they run out of space to drop off during rifle season.
