The fees are out of control anymore. They used to be competitive on fees and rates at one point. Now they cut teller staff down and force you to use ATMs and charge for everything under the sun.

Went to take money desperately needed from an old savings account today was told that due to inactivity the account started accruing fees monthly until my 300 plus emergency cash was no longer.Thanks SAC for kicking an unemployed Gulf War Veteran while he was down.

I enjoy my experience everytime I go to the bank at this location. . Anytime I have questions on my account or opening a new account they answer my questions and get back to me promptly. Plus the employees are always so friendly and greet my like family.

I had to make a deposit this morning so I went online to check the hours of operation at the location near my house.The web page clearly states the hours for today are 8 am - 5 pm. so I got there at 7:50 . There is no sign outside the bank to let you know the hours. I asked an employee of walmart if they knew what time SAC opened and she said 9. I wish they would update the ads!
