I used Rushmore Tax Service last year 2018 located in Marysville, WA,without incident. However; this year I had a lot more concerns,questions etc..the demeanor which was used to explain my concerns this year. They seemed as though they were making up stuff just to get me off of the phone. Such as, when I called I would be hung up on. I can clearly hear the phones ringing in the back ground. It was said "Oh they are probably calling for the same reason you are" or I've been doing this for 16 years...Oh yea..I can't tell! Really... unprofessional. I will find another Tax Service for next tax year. Total different vibe from last yearSeveral weeks after this review was written I had to contact Rushmore. Tony the owner of this establishment apologized for the experience I had . He said he would take care of the issue. He accommodated me in several ways. First; Tony amended my taxes at no charge and he even paid for the postage to mail the documents off. Thank you Tony for providing Excellent Customer Service!
