Horrible place. They are liars. They say they will help you but when you waste yo gas to get in person they come up with every excuse not to give you the advance as promised on the radio and commercials. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

Applied for the advance wasn’t approved however I don’t understand why not when I get an advance every year with Liberty Tax and they didn’t even call or correspond with me I had to contact them and ask. this was my first and last year filing with them they are horrible and I didn’t even get any paperwork reguarding my taxes or anything what’s the name of the bank???
